Stage 2 of our Positive Parental Leave program aims to suport you DURING your parental leave, as you navigate this huge time of transition that can be filled with confusion, uncertainty and confidence crashes. We recommend commencing this stage of the program when you have roughly 3 months of leave remaining.
When you’re ready to start thinking about work again, this program will help you to rebuild your confidence and address any self-doubt or fear that may be holding you back. You'll get clear on your career vision as well as your first 90 days return plan. You'll also learn how to communicate with ease about flexibility, salary and opportunities.
We will guide you to establish a true partnership at home, learn to better manage any mother guilt you may be feeling and share strategies to make the most of your time at work and at home.
After completing Stage 2 of the program, you'll be prepared and equipped to return to work with confidence following your parental leave!
