Stage 3: Positive Parental Leave

FInd a way to thrive at home and in your career now that you're back at work

Stage 3 of our Positive Parental Leave program is designed to support you during your transition back - a time that can be very challenging and sometimes isolating.

We will be with you at every step.

Stage 3 is best completed 6-8 weeks AFTER you have returned from parental leave.

We'll support you to re-engage with your career and establish a new way of working that suits you, your employer and your new situation at home.

You'll learn to coach yourself and identify opportunities to improve how you blend work and home life - to enable you to feel better equipped to manage the juggle. And we'll guide you to revisit your career vision so that you can have effective conversations with your manager about the future.

Having enjoyed 20 years in the corporate world across a number of global, blue-chip organisations such as Coca-Cola, Fosters, Unilever and T2, Amy is very familiar with the pressures and demands on women as they build and manage their careers both before and during parenthood.
